For Domestic Buyers
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services.
Shipping Timelines
- Orders are delivered within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Shipment and delivery times are subject to the norms and regulations of the respective courier companies and postal authorities.
Delivery Responsibility
- Thamira Herbals guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified 0-7 days timeframe from the date of order and payment or as agreed during order confirmation.
- However, Thamira Herbals is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities once the consignment has been handed over to them.
Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer during checkout.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
Delivery Confirmation
- A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer’s registered email ID upon successful delivery of the order.
